Abstract

The problems of abstract approaches to the economic problems of socio-economic systems (SES), the attempts of their decisions within the new anti-formal approaches are considered. It appears that these approaches can be expanded and clarified by adding to them a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the emergence and development of professional segments in SES.
