This article discusses the legal mechanism for participation of the management company in financial flows utilities. The author believes that the Russian legislation should be reflected the possibility of a differentiated management companies contract management facilities associated with the provision of housing and communal apartment building.

Рассматривается организационно-правовой механизм участия управляющей компании в финансовых потоках ЖКХ. Автор полагает, что в Жилищном кодексе РФ должна быть отражена возможность для управляющих компаний дифференцированного договорного управления объектами, связанными с жилищно-коммунальным обеспечением многоквартирного дома.
