Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема профессионального стресса педагогов на разных стадиях профессионального развития. В работе сделана попытка выявить преимущественные профессиональные и внепрофесииональные стрессоры, влияющие на формирование и протекание профессионального стресса; проанализирован материал, касающийся степени выраженности профессионального стресса педагогов, динамики стрессового состояния в зависимости от стадии профессионального развития; исследованы последствия длительного профессионального стресса на уровне психологических и соматических угроз.

The problem of occupational stress at different stages of teachers professional development is considered in this article. An attempt has been made to identify prevailing professional and non-professional stressors influencing forming and development of occupational stress; the data on the level of teachers occupational stress and the dynamics of stress condition have been analyzed; consequences of continuous occupational stress have been researched in relation to the level of psychological and somatic damages.
