This article focuses on the analysis findings of the effectiveness of the criminal rule of law application which makes a provision for criminal liability for illegal hunting. Agreeing with the point of view that the essential factor influencing the effectiveness of implementation of criminal responsibility is the real situation with criminal punishment enforcement as well as enforcement of provisions stipulated by sanctions, the author, guided by the data of the criminal cases he has studied indicates that the types of impact on offenders were not frequently used in this category of cases.

Данная статья посвящена результатам анализа эффективности применения уголовно-правовой нормы, предусматривающей уголовную ответственность за незаконную охоту. Соглашаясь с мнением о том, что существенным фактором, влияющим на эффективность реализации уголовной ответственности, является реальность применения уголовных наказаний, предусмотренных санкциями статей, автор, опираясь на данные изученных им уголовных дел, указывает, что формы воздействия на правонарушителей, по этой категории дел, применялись не так часто.
