Становление правового регулирования жилищных прав граждан в период НЭПа (1921-1929 гг. )

Abstract

In article the author considers the questions which have influenced process of formation of legal regulation of the housing rights of citizens in New economic policy (1921-1929), formations of the separate legal institutes regulating the relations, connected with habitation, on the basis of the analysis of legal certificates and archival sources of the investigated period.

В статье автор рассматривает вопросы, оказавшие влияние на процесс становления правового регулирования жилищных прав граждан в период Новой экономической политики (1921-1929 гг.), формирования отдельных правовых институтов, регламентировавших отношения, связанные с жильем, на основе анализа правовых актов и архивных источников исследуемого периода.
