Abstract

Present article discusses the possible risk factors of gestosis development. As the result of present research it was discovered that the cause of gestosis development is polymorphism с.582-353-379 del in the gene of endothelial NO-synthase. Burdened heredity in the form of arterial hypertension, gestosis, stroke, cardiac infarction, diabetes mellitus are the risk factors of gestosis development. Gestosis prediction can be done before pregnancy, on the condition of heredity research and genetic typing.
