Abstract

The article provides an overview of the etiology and risk factors for cerebral venous thrombosis during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and the pathogenesis of main clinical manifestations. Relevance of the central venous circulation disorders diagnostics problems in pregnant women due to restrictions on the medical examination in pregnancy and world experience in solving this problem is presented.
