
В статье представлен обзор этиологии и факторов риска развития церебральных венозных тромбозов во время беременности и послеродовом периоде, патогенез и основные клинические проявления. Освещена актуальность проблемы диагностики нарушения центрального венозного кровообращения у беременных в связи с ограничениями возможностей обследования при беременности и мировой опыт решения данной проблемы. Особое внимание уделено дифференциальной диагностике церебральных венозных тромбозов по клиническим признакам и нейровизуализационным данным.
The article provides an overview of the etiology and risk factors for cerebral venous thrombosis during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and the pathogenesis of main clinical manifestations. Relevance of the central venous circulation disorders diagnostics problems in pregnant women due to restrictions on the medical examination in pregnancy and world experience in solving this problem is presented. Special attention is paid to the differential diagnosis of cerebral venous thrombosis by clinical signs and neuroimaging data.
