Abstract

This article provides an analysis of the strategic management process of innovative development of railway engineering. At the basis of this research is the author's technique for the consideration of the complex technology of their operation, such as: information, production, marketing, logistics and quality control. For technology assessment used Balanced Scorecard developed by the authors.
