Исследование влияния скорости разливки на формирование структуры слитков

Abstract

В работе на холодной модели изучено влияние скорости разливки на формирование структуры отливаемых слитков. Измерена длина дендритов в реальных стальных слитках, разлитых с различной скоростью, а также в модельных. Для обеспечения сопоставленности процессов разливки и кристаллизации на модели и при отливке реального слитка рассчитаны критерии (Bi, N, F0).
