Abstract

Parameters and functional capabilities of capacity flow-type initial measurement converter intended for control of dielectric properties of pipe transported substances, in particular, substances with increased active electric conductivity component are theoretically and experimentally verified. Converter belongs to the class of three-contact capacity systems, which unlike regular two-contact capacitors have high stability of electric parameters, accuracy and error probability.
