Фармакотерапевтическая эффективность растительных экстрактов при экспериментальном повреждении печени

Abstract

Растительные экстракты нормализуют активность системы гидроксилирования и деятельность дыхательной цепи ЭПР. Под их влиянием в микросомах сохраняется функционально активный и стабильный цитохром. Р-450. Фармакотерапевтическая эффективность обусловлена ингибированием процессов перекисного окисления липидов.

Plant extracts normalize activity of the hydroxylation system, and the work of the respiratory chain. Under their unfluence, functional activity and stability of cytochrome P-450 are supported. Pharmacotherapeutic efficacy is provided by inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
