Исламистский религиозный экстремизм в Российской Федерации: уголовно-правовой и криминологический аспекты

Abstract

The article views the notion religious extremism as a phenomenon. The author shows the ideological-theoretical aspect, oriented at Islamic concepts, as one of the most important aspects of struggling against Islamic extremism and terrorism. The article also shows the main directions of state structures activities in extremism counteraction.

В статье рассматривается понятие «религиозный экстремизм» как явление. Показываются идейно-теоретический аспект, ориентирующийся на исламские концепции, как одна из самых важных сторон борьбы с исламистским экстремизмом и терроризмом; основные направления деятельности государственных структур по противодействию экстремизму.
