Лечение рубцовых послеожоговых сужений пищевода

Abstract

Представлен опыт лечения 254 пациентов с рубцовыми послеожоговыми сужениями пищевода. Бужирование пищевода было предпринято у 249 пациентов. Пластика пищевода выполнена 88 пациентам. Субтотальная шунтирующая эзофагоколонопластика выполнена 48 пациентам, экстирпация пищевода с пластикой желудочной трубкой 31 пациенту, пластикой толстой кишкой 9 пациентам. Осложнения в виде частичной несостоятельности анастомоза на шее отмечены у 15 пациентов. Некроз толстокишечного трансплантата возник у 1 пациента. Летальный исход у трех пациентов на фоне прогрессирования полиорганной недостаточности.

Experience of treatment of 254 patients having scar after-burn esophageal narrowings is presented in the article. Bougieurage of the esophagus was performed in 249 patients. Esophageal plasty was performed in 88 patients. Complications as partial insolvency of anastomosis on the neck were noted in 15 patients. Necrosis of colonic transplant occurred in 1 patient. Lethal outcome was noted in 3 patients in the setting of polyorgan insufficiency advancing.
