Abstract

Experimental data confirming the positive influence of low frequency magnetic therapy on athletes' restoration are presented. It has been established that the restorative effect of magnetic therapy can be realized both through the prophylaxis of muscles microinjures and due to the prevention of negative dynamics of red blood indicators in energy zones II and III. The technology of low frequency magnetic therapy in athletes' preparation is proposed.
