Abstract

The essence of the ecological and steady architecture which is on crossing of three areas – constructions is considered, society and the nature when operation of natural resources, the direction of investments, scientific and technical progress and formation of the personality are coordinated with each other and in common work on present and future potential of generations. The author convinces the reader that in the center of attention of experts and scientists in the sphere of low construction questions of a choice of construction material are. Advantages and advantages of the wooden house are shown. The main stages of technology of its construction are given. Introduction of “green” ideas in practice of domestic low housing construction is one of the directions guaranteeing ecological stability of development of the country and society.

Рассмотрена сущность экологически-устойчивой архитектуры, находящейся на пересечении трех областей – строительства, общества и природы, когда эксплуатация природных ресурсов, направление инвестиций, научно-технический прогресс и формирование личности согласуются друг с другом и совместно работают на нынешней и будущий потенциал поколений. Автор убеждает читателя, что в центре внимания специалистов и ученых в сфере малоэтажного строительства являются вопросы выбора строительного материала. Показаны преимущества и достоинства деревянного дома. Приведены основные этапы технологии его возведения. Внедрение «зеленых» идей в практику отечественного малоэтажного жилищного строительства является одним из направлений, гарантирующих экологическую устойчивость развития страны и общества.
