Препарирование твёрдых тканей зубов с использованием инновационной дентальной навигационной системы

Abstract

Одонтопрепарирование с целью формирования оптимальной культи зуба для дальнейшего протезирования можно решить путём использования методов математического моделирования и создания инновационной системы дентальной навигации. Такая система разработана автором и включает в себя два конструктивных элемента: устройство стабилизации движений стоматологического наконечника и устройство для контроля и коррекции угловых отклонений стоматологического инструмента. В эксперименте инновационная дентальная навигационная система показала высокую эффективность и способствовала созданию ровной цилиндрической опорной культи зуба, необходимой для надежного крепления несъёмной протезной конструкции. Использование данной системы позволит снизить частоту осложнений после протезирования.

Odontopreparation for the purpose of formation the optimum tooth stump for further prosthetics can solve by using the methods of mathematical modeling and creation the innovative system of dental navigation. Such system is developed by author and includes two constructive elements: the device for stabilization the movements of a dental handpiece and the device for control and correction of dental instrument angular deviations. In experiment the innovative dental navigation system showed high efficiency and promoted creation of equal cylindrical basic stump of the tooth necessary for reliable fastening of a fixed prosthetic design. Use of this system will allow to reduce the frequency of complications after prosthetics.
