К вопросу о методологических аспектах анализа развития современных федеративных отношений в России с участием Чеченской Республики

Abstract

В предлагаемой статье дается анализ этапов и стадий становления современных федеративных отношений в России с участием Чеченской Республики. Неприемлемы оценки, не учитывающие разработанные в отечественной науке по федерализму, концептуальные основы оценки развития современного российского федеративного государства.In offered article the analysis of stages and stages of formation of modern federal relations in Russia with participation of the Chechen Republic is given. The estimations which are not considering developed in domestic science on federalism, conceptual bases of an estimation of development of a modern Russian federative state are unacceptable.
