Abstract

This paper presents the results of the study of fluorescence spectra of composite materials PE + х vol. %TlGaSe2 (x = 0; 1; 5; 10; 20) in the wavelength range of 400–600 nm. The effect of fluorescence is spotted. It was found out that between the formula of the composite and the fluorescence spectrum there is a qualitative relationship, depending on the wavelength. Under study are also temperature dependences of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of composites PEHD + х vol. % TlGaSe2 (x = 0; 1; 3; 5; 7; 10) in the temperature range of 300–500 K.

Keywords

спектр флуоресценции ПЭВП + х об.% TlGaSe2, нанокомпозиты на основе ПЭ + х об.% TlGaSe2, частотные зависимости диэлектрической проницаемости, fluorescence range PEHD + х vol.% TlGaSe2, nanocomposites on a basis of PE + х vol. % of TlGaSe2, frequency dependences of dielectric permeability.
