Abstract

Развитие взглядов на единство человека и природы, на единство живого и косного вещества на планете, привело к осознанию руководящими кругами всех стран мира необходимости сохранения всего природного, что окружает человека, системной организованности биосферы Земли. Об этом свидетельствуют документы Всемирного конгресса по окружающей среде и развитию (Рио-де-Жанейро, 1992), специальной сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН (1997) и готовящаяся встреча глав государств в ЮАР. У человечества есть основа для изменения мировоззренческой стратегии это учение В.И. Вернадского о биосфере и переходе ее в ноосферу. Разрешение стоящих проблем возможно при использовании междисциплинарных исследований. Этим вопросам мы планируем посвятить ряд публикаций.

The leaders of the world have the background for changing the environmental outlook. It is V.I. Vcrnadsky's doctrine on biosphere and its transformation into noosphere. The necessity of intcr-disciplinary studies is shown. A number of publications under the general title are the analitical review.
