Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу правового регулирования некоторых видов наказаний, регламентированных уголовным законодательством зарубежных государств, рассматриваемых в качестве конкретных средств и способов дифференциации уголовной ответственности и наказания. Подробно рассматриваются вопросы законодательного регулирования штрафа, лишения прав, обязательных работ, ареста и лишения свободы на определенный срок. Особое внимание уделено способам сочетания основных наказаний с их дополнительными видами, отмечается возможность назначения дополнительного вида наказания без применения основного наказания в целях максимальной индивидуализации наказания
