Диагностика синдрома эмоционального выгорания и мероприятия, направленные на его предупреждение

Abstract

Врачи и медсестры находятся в группе риска возникновения синдрома эмоционального выгорания (СЭВ), и вопросы особенностей его формирования, профилактики и лечения приобретают для них особую актуальность. Авторами проведена исследовательская работа в целях теоретического осмысления, описания и анализа специфики проявления и предотвращения синдрома эмоционального выгорания в контексте профессиональной деятельности среднего медицинского персонала. Были выявлены факторы и стадии формирования СЭВ, изучены симптомы его проявления у среднего медицинского персонала, определены стратегии борьбы с СЭВ.

Doctors and nurses are at risk of emotional burnout syndrome (EBS) and the issues of the specific features of its formation, prevention and treatment acquire special relevance for them. The authors conducted research for the purpose of theoretical understanding, description and analysis of the emotional burnout syndrome specific manifestations and prevention in the context of paramedical staff professional activity. The factors and stages of EBS formation are identified, the symptoms of its manifestation among nursing staff are studied, the strategy to combat EBS is determined.
