Abstract

This article reveals the essence of the elite engineering concept, mechanisms of establishment of the administrative elite, advantages and disadvantages of the modern education and its importance in the process of training of the power structures personnel.

Данная статья раскрывает сущность понятия «элитная инженерия», механизмы формирования управленческой элиты, достоинства и недостатки современного образования и его значимость в процессе подготовки кадров для рекрутирования во властные структуры.
