It is carried out research of factors assisting and constraining progress of region on the basis of state-private partnership. A number of base principles of realization of joint investment projects of authorities and business structures are certain. Classification of tools of support of projects of interoperability of authorities and business structures is offered.
Проведено исследование факторов, способствующих и сдерживающих развитие региона на основе государственно-частного партнерства. Определен ряд базовых принципов реализации совместных инвестиционных проектов органов власти и бизнес-структур. Предложена классификация инструментов поддержки проектов взаимодействия органов власти и бизнес-структур.
