Abstract

The article considers the system of coordination of respiratory regimes under cyclic loading of different intensity and shooting, using the breathing exercises complexes contributing to the favorable functional and physical condition of the athlete at the shooting range. It provides the scientific reasoning of expediency and effectiveness of breathing exercises to improve the special shooting preparedness of the biathletes.
