Настоящая статья посвящена вопросам правового регулирования применения сотрудниками полиции огнестрельного оружия, совершенствования методов уголовно-правовой оценки действий сотрудников полиции при применении огнестрельного оружия, а также проблемам, существующим в этой сфере деятельности органов полиции МВД РФ.
