Abstract

В статье рассказывается об одной из актуальных проблем современного спорта формирования оптимального предстартового состояния. Проводится анализ достоинств и недостатков существующих методов предсоревновательной подготовки. Обосновывается методическое обеспечение формирования оптимального предстартового состояния. Статья может быть интересна тренерам, преподавателям, специалистам в области физической культуры и спорта.The article tells about one of the most urgent problems of the modern sport of formation of the optimal initial condition. The analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of existing methods precontest preparation. Grounded methodological support of the formation of the optimal initial condition. The article may be of interest to coaches, teachers, professionals in the field of physical culture and sports.
