Abstract

Basing upon the analysis of theses covering the forms of criminal responsibility presented in the special literature, the author justifies his own vision of application of this system to persons with a substance abuse problem. Special attention is focused on the re-socialization and rehabilitation, the purpose of which is to adapt the person to law-abiding life in the modern society.
