Abstract

Activation of tissue repair is a promising direction to ensure full healing of tissues during surgery on reproductive organs. We can achieve such result buy using fibrin cryoprecipitate. Allows a fibrin cryoprecipitate can reduce inflammation, activate angiogenesis, macrophage protection and local immunity in the tissues of the uterus and ovaries.
