Место и роль недружественных поглощений в процессе совершенствования экономической политики государства

Abstract

In the article the influence of raiders activity and of mergers and absorptions system in the whole on economic growth and well-being of the state is examined; potential objects of raiders attack in modern Russia are defined; macroeconomic factors that form the basis of raiders captures are analyzed; and the directions of the state policy concerning counteraction to the illegal takeovers of property are given.

В статье исследовано влияние рейдерства и в целом системы «слияния и поглощения» на экономический рост и благосостояние государства, определены потенциальные объекты рейдерской атаки в современной России, проанализированы макроэкономические факторы, формирующие основу для рейдерских захватов, и предложены направления государственной экономической политики по противодействию незаконному отъему собственности.
