The authors considered purposeful change in consumer characteristics of buildings through the reorganization of its functions with the use of information technology «intelligent building». «Beforedesigning» of functions is achieved by reorganization of buildings automation of intelligent buildings, with the selection of modes of operation of its equipment. It is shown that this approach allows receiving extra opportunities of flexible adjustment of the building under the requirements of the consumer.

Рассмотрено целенаправленное изменение потребительских характеристик зданий путем переустройства их функций с помощью применения информационных технологий «интеллектуального здания»; при этом «допроектирование» функций зданий достигается переустройством систем автоматизации интеллектуальных зданий, с подбором режимов работы их оборудования; показано, что такой подход позволяет получить дополнительную возможность гибкой подстройки здания под требования потребителя
