Использование показателей деформации миокарда в отборе пациентов на сердечную ресинхронизирующую терапию

Abstract

Работа посвящена изучению эффективности сердечной ресинхронизирующей терапии (СРТ) у пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН) II-IV ФК по NYHA. Обследованы 30 пациентов с ХСН на фоне ишемической (6,7%) и дилатационной кардиомиопатии (90%), а также кардиомиопатии смешанного генеза (3,3%). По данным тканевого допплеровского исследования в режиме стрейн предикторами хорошего ответа на СРТ явились показатели задержки пиковых систолических скоростей более 60 мс между базальными и средними сегментами межжелудочковой перегородки и боковой стенкой левого желудочка
