Sechenov First Moscow Medical State University of Ministry of health of Russia, Moscow The article presents a case report of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy and mild cognitive impairment diagnosed in a patient with HIV infection, chronic hepatitis C and heroin /opioid abuse in anamnesis. The aspects of clinical manifestation, symptoms, pathogenesis and differential diagnosis are discussed.
