Abstract

Of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow Medical State University of Ministry of health of Russia, Scientific and research neurological department of scientific and research center, The neurological department, Clinic of nervous diseases of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow Medical State University of Ministry of health of Russia, Moscow The article presents a case report of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy and mild cognitive impairment diagnosed in a patient with HIV infection, chronic hepatitis C and heroin /opioid abuse in anamnesis. The aspects of clinical manifestation, symptoms, pathogenesis and differential diagnosis are discussed.

Описан клинический случай хронической воспалительной демиелинизирующей полирадикулоневропатии и синдрома умеренных когнитивных нарушений у больного с ВИЧ-инфекцией, вирусным гепатитом С и героиновой наркоманией. Обсуждаются вопросы клинической картины, патогенеза, дифференциального диагноза.
