Abstract

The methodical principle of evaluating the economic efficiency of investment programs in terms of a cost approach has been considered. The methodical unity of evaluating the economic efficiency of investments and the cost of business has been found. It has been shown that evaluating the potential of an investment-civilengineering field is a principle for efaluating the efficiency of investment projects and programs.

Рассмотрены методические основы оценки экономической эффективности инвестиционных программ в терминах стоимостного подхода. Установлено методическое единство оценки экономической эффективности инвестиций и стоимостной оценки бизнеса. Показано, что оценка потенциала инвестиционно-строительной сферы является основой для оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов и программ.
