Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and practical methods of solving problems associated with the development of the system of the corporate service of trucks and increase efficiency of its function-ing.Considered are the possibilities of the use OLAP-technologies as a means of accumulation of the information on failures of vehicles that helps to improve its quality and efficiency of use for analysis.Consider an example of application of the proposed methodology in the analysis of the data obtained from the service centers of the exist-ing dealer-service network of KAMAZ abroad. It is shown the influence of the climatic conditions of the region operating on the indicators of operational reliability.The proposed method will allow to organize the accumula-tion of statistical data on the most frequent reasons of premature refusals emergence in certain service conditions; accumulation of analytical data from the dealer centers allowing the producer purposefully to improve a design of the car, increasing its reliability and safety.

Статья посвящена разработке теоретических и практических методов решения проблем, связанных с развитием системы фирменного сервиса грузовых автомобилей и повышением эффективности ее функ-ционирования. Рассмотрены возможности применения OLAP-технологии как средства накопления ин-формации об отказах автомобильной техники, что способствует повышению ее качества и оперативно-сти использования для анализа. Рассмотрен пример использования предложенной методологии на при-мере анализа данных, полученных из сервисных центров существующей дилерско-сервисной сети КамАЗ за рубежом. Показано влияние фактора климатических условий региона эксплуатации на показатели эксплуатационной надежности. Предложенный метод позволит организовать накопление статистических данных о наиболее частых причинах возникновения преждевременных отказов в определенных условиях эксплуатации, а также аналитических данных от дилерских центров, позволяющих производителю целенаправленно совершенствовать конструкцию автомобиля, повышая его надежность и безопасность.
