Abstract

Reaction of brain magneto-electric activity after administration of pharmacological stimulators and antagonists of vegetative receptors was investigated in 63 patients with age related maculodegeneration and 74 with primary open angle glaucoma according to induction magnetoencephalography (MEGT). The drugs were used in the form of eye drops. The effects of interoreceptors antagonists were shown by decrease in amplitude and reaction of desynchronization in the certain frequency ranges and segmentary centers of MEGI. Stimulators of vegetative receptors induced an increase of amplitude and synchronism of brain rhythms. Frequency ranges in MEGI have been presented in coordinates of the somatic segmentary centers. It is supposed, that the revealed frequency ranges are peculiar to the central control links of various groups of vegetative receptors of an eye.
