Abstract

В данной статье анализируются вопросы защиты прав человека в случае бедствий. Автор рассматривает процесс кодификации данной проблемы в рамках деятельности Комиссии международного права с момента включения ее в свою повестку дня до настоящего времени.The issues of Human Rights protection in adversity are analyzed in this article. The author researches the codification process of this problem in frames of the UN International Law Commission activity from the beginning of agenda to preset times.
