Abstract

В статье рассматриваются понятие, виды, а также проблемы классификации задач судебной экспертизы. Проанализированы основные точки зрения ученых по классификации задач экспертизы, выявлены принципиальные отличия, сделан вывод о необходимости дальнейших научных исследований по этому вопросу.

The article discusses the concept, types, as well as the problems of classification tasks of forensic examination. Analyzed the main point of view of scientists on the classification task of expertise, revealed fundamental differences, it is concluded that further research on the subject
