Институциональные условия реализации социальной справедливости в распределительных отношениях

Abstract

Рассмотрена проблема достижения социальной справедливости в распределительных отношениях. Актуализированы формы проявления социальной несправедливости в этих отношениях. Обосновывается необходимость трансформации старых и создания новых социально-экономических институтов, направленных на реализацию социальной справедливости в распределении. Выделены важнейшие институты распределительных отношений в лице государства, профессиональных союзов и союзов работодателей. Определены их место и роль в достижении социальной справедливости в распределении, основы современного институционального обеспечения распределительных отношений, направленные на выравнивание доходов, повышение качества жизни, преодоление противоречий в отношениях между трудом и капиталом.

The paper dwells upon the problem of social justice in the distribution relationship and actualizes the forms of social injustice in the distribution relationship. The authors justify the necessity of transformation of old and the creation of new social and economic institutions, aimed at the realization of social justice in the distribution. The importance of distributive relations in the face of state institutions, trade unions and employers' unions is highlighted. Their place and role in the achievement of social justice in the distribution, and institutional foundations of modern software distribution relations, aimed at leveling income, quality of life, overcoming the contradictions between labor and capital are determined.
