Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются социально экономические предпосылки появления ор-ганизационных договоров и построения системы транспортных организационных договоров. К числу таковых автор относит отказ от государственно-го планирования, бурный рост хозяйственных об-ществ, демонополизация железнодорожной отрасли, потребность общества в новых логистических под-ходах к доставке грузов и другие.

This article considers socio-economic rea-sons of appearance of organization contracts and con-struction of transport organization contracts. The author names the following reasons: a refusal from state plan-ning, a rapid growth of economic societies, demonopoliza-tion of the railway industry, a need of the society in new logical ways of goods delivery and others
