The article deals with analyzing the problems of forming and developing compound structural complexes of norms which regulate the world trade turnover; the stages of formation and development of international trade law as an intersystem formation of complex character are also analysed; basic conclusions and thesis worked out as a result of the investigation are suggested.

В статье дается анализ проблемы формирования и развития сложноструктурных комплексов норм, регулирующих мировой торговый оборот, этапы становления и развития международного торгового права как межсистемного образования комплексного характера, предлагаются основные выводы и положения, выработанные в результате проведенного исследования.
