Abstract

The technique of an effi ciency evaluation of investment projects is offered on the base of Project Expert program. The innovation project of portable departments of a mail service in Kozelsk region of the Kaluga region is considered. Two project variants are considered and it is shown that the payback period of the project will constitute less than two years even in the case of «pessimistic» variant. A project risk assessment on the basis of fuzzy logic formalism is offered as the technique development.
