Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам личностно-профессиональной диагностики кандидатов на службу в органы внутренних дел и оценки надежности сотрудника, а также мерам преодоления имеющихся проблем. В рамках изучения уровня личностно-профессиональной пригодности сотрудника органов внутренних дел в настоящее время проведена профессиографическая экспертиза, собраны и обобщены первичные эмпирические данные.The article is devoted to the urgent issues of personal and professional diagnostics of applicants for the Internal Affairs’ agencies and assessment of the officer’s reliability and measures of solving the current problems. Examining the level of personal and professional competency of the Internal Affairs agencies’ officer the authors have made a professiographic expertise, collected and consolidated preliminary empirical data.
