Abstract

В статье рассмотрены институциональные, законодательные и технологические проблемы, возникшие при переходе к компьютеризации регистрации прав на недвижимое имущество в Узбекистане, и предложены пути и методы их решения.

The article describes institutional, legislative and technological problems arisen in the time of a transfer to computerization of real property rights registration in Uzbekistan and their solutions.
