Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы противодействия коррупции в новых финансово-экономических условиях. Проанализированы недостатки назначения наказания в виде штрафа, кратного сумме взятки. Отслежены тенденции гуманизации наказания за взяточничество и другие коррупционные преступления. Отмечены имеющиеся препятствия для назначения альтернативных наказаний штрафу, и для выплаты штрафов осужденными как объективного, так и субъективного характера. Намечены перспективные подходя оценки легализации преступных доходов коррупционеров.

The article discusses the current anti-corruption issues in the new financial and economic conditions. Analyzed the shortcomings of punishment in the form of a fine, the amount of times the bribe.Tracked trends humanization of punishment for bribery and other corruption offenses. Marked the existing obstacles for alternative sentencing fined and sentenced to fines, both objective and subjective. Promising approaches to evaluation of money laundering corrupt.
