Модели и методы мониторинга на прединвестиционной стадии жизненного цикла проекта

Abstract

В статье исследованы задачи мониторинга на прединвестиционной стадии жизненного цикла проекта, дана классификация условий моделирования денежных потоков, отмечены факторы, затрудняющие оценку денежных потоков. Предложен метод построения интегральной оценки и метод формирования функции оценки инвестиционного проекта относительно критерия «ценность инвестиционного проекта на шаге t расчетного периода», приведена методика расчета интегральной оценки. В основе предлагаемых моделей и методов лежит методология анализа иерархических структур (МАИ), которая, в свою очередь, опирается на строгий математический метод собственного вектора для обработки обратносимметричных матриц парных сравнений, формируемых экспертами.
