Влияние рассеяния размеров лопаток компрессора на рассеяние собственной частоты изгибных колебаний

Abstract

Описаны методика и результаты расчетного и экспериментального исследования рассеяния собствен-ной частоты изгибных колебаний лопаток компрессора вследствие рассеяния размеров их профильной части. Проведен статистический анализ результатов оцифровки партии лопаток, определены характе-ристики рассеяния размеров профильной части. Разработана методика и проведено статистическое мо-делирование рассеяния собственных частот вследствие отклонения размеров от номинала. Разработана методика и проведено экспериментальное исследование собственных частот партии лопаток методом сканирующей лазерной виброметрии. Определены статистические характеристики рассеяния, выпол-нена верификация расчетной методики. Установлено, что зависимость характеристик рассеяния соб-ственной частоты изгибных колебаний от допуска на размеры профильной части лопатки линейная. Разработанная расчетная методика и полученные результаты могут быть использованы при обоснова-нии допусков на отклонение от номинала размеров профильной части лопаток с точки зрения отстройки от резонансных режимов.

It is described the calculation and experimental research of compressor blade bending vibration natural fre-quency dispersion due to blade dimensions scatter. Statistical analysis of sizes measurement results of a set of real blades is executed. Dimensions scatter characteristics of blades airfoil part are found. The calculation technique is developed for Monte-Carlo modeling of blade bending natural frequency dispersion. The experimental technique is developed to measure blade natural frequencies using scanning laser vibrometry. Experimental re-search of bending natural frequencies for the set of blades is made. Statistical characteristics of frequencies dis-persion are found. Verification of Monte-Carlo modeling technique is carried out. It is found that natural fre-quency dispersion characteristics dependency on blade dimensions scatter limit is linear. Developed calculation technique and results may be used to reasoning of size scattering limits from the point of view resonance vibra-tions excluding.
