An experience of the process-oriented approach application to management helps solve the problems in the interaction between functional services company and subject them to the main activity, but not to the private purposes of certain services, reduce the human impact on the results; guide in its activities to the final result customer satisfaction; reduce the costs by sharing overhead costs in accordance with the detailed consideration of the necessary resources and their impact on the value of each transaction; make flexible and fast decisions in changing the external environment, which is important in the conditions of crisis in the world economy; create the motivation mechanism, aimed at growth of the performance indicators. In this regard, the use of the process-oriented approach is of particular relevance and is one of the effective ways of development and survival of organizations.
