Взаимодействие местных и центральных контрольных органов в середине 20-х гг. Xx В. (на примере Сибири)

Abstract

The article investigates the interaction of Siberian regional and provincial departments of Workers' and Peasants' Inspectorate with the authorities, the People's Commissariat of the Workers' and Peasants' Inspectorate of RSFSR and USSR and departmental control organs in provinces (gubernias) in 1923-1925. The problem under review has become the subject of a special investigation for the first time. The author analyses some general laws and features of control bodies and State organizations' interaction on a base of Siberian and central archives.

Статья посвящена исследованию взаимодействия Сибирского краевого и губернских отделений рабоче-крестьянской инспекции с руководством - народным комиссариатом рабоче-крестьянской инспекции РСФСР и СССР и с ведомственными контрольными органами в губерниях в 1923 - 1925 гг. Рассматриваемая проблема впервые является предметом специального исследования. Автор на основе материалов сибирских и центральных архивов анализирует общие закономерности и особенности взаимоотношений региональных и центральных контрольных органов.
