Abstract

Дан анализ уровня развития производства молока в хозяйствах разных категорий Курской области, его реализации, закупок молока предприятиями молочной промышленности, объемов производства молочной продукции перерабатывающими предприятиями, баланса молока, торговли молочными продуктами.
