Abstract

В статье приводится мировой и отечественный опыт использования института референдума для решений различных вопросов государственного и общественного значения, критически оцениваются и анализируются правовые основы института референдума в России на современном этапе конституционного развития.

The article provides international and local experience in use of the Institute of referendum for making various matters of state and public importance, critically evaluated the legal basis of the Institute of referendum in Russia at the present stage of constitutional development.
